Same Expectations for Digital & Face-to-Face Services
As we settle into the first few weeks of a new academic year, it is essential to understand that our students have the same expectation of the digital or virtual versions of services as they did of our in-person.
It is our responsibility to educate about the difference and meet reasonable expectations. Operations as the pandemic continues cannot always have the same expectation, so setting new and realistic ones is vital.
